This fish's name was taken from the popular Universal Studios film "Jaws" that came out in 1975. The fish has a embossed message about the copyright of the movie on the back of the plaque. Jaws The Singing Shark plays the theme from the movie followed by the song "Mack The Knife" by Kurt Weill and Bertolt Brecht, later made famous by Bobby Darin. Jaws was made by Gemmy Industries in 2000.
